My GT is sporting most of RPM's parts in black, a Cresenzi brake, Cresenzi tranny savers, all the Factory team parts, a Novarossi SG shaft engine (custom setup), MIP ball bearing steering (not recommended! Get the Cresenzi ball bearing stock style setup), Wide front axles, T4 rear axles, RPM 1/2" rear hubs with the 3/16"x1/2" bearings, threaded shocks (a must have), Yokomo bleedable shock caps (another must have, part number YS8Y), and some other stuff too. These trucks are fun to modify!

I think there are only a few things that are really needed:
1. Trinity Tranny Brace
2. MIP 2 shoe sprung cluth
3. B4/T4 rear axles using the B4/T4 Blue wheel spacer
4. FT Wheel pins
5. Wide Front axles for AE
6. Proline Crowd Pleazer Body is must.

These are just about the only changes the Team Guys make.

Okay, got questions......

When you put the wide front axles in, do you put the GT wide front axles in, or the in-line blue front axles for the T4? And----if you put the T4 axles in, do you change to the in-line caster blocks too. Do the T4 caster blocks fit in the arms of the GT? I had heard that the GT wide front axles bent really easily. Don't know if that's true or not, just what a few people had told me.

Second question...When you put the T4/B4 rear axles in, do you have to change the rear hubs to the T4/B4 rear hubs, or just use the Gt ones, and do theT4 hubs fit right in to the arm of the GT if you use them?
Do you just buy the axle stubs and put them on the cvd shaft of the GT, or just use T4 cvd's all together??

I guess to sum it up, what OTHER (if any) mods have to be made or bought to put wide front axles in the front, and T4 rear axles in the rear....Thanks in advance guys....I just don't want to order stuff I don't need....

Brad

AE has made some longer axels for the front now. You can find them on their website. It's a cheap easy way to widen the front. The cresenzi widening kits are a better way but cost more. When doing the T4 rear stub axel for the rear you don't need to change anything other than the stub axel.

RPM rx box is nice.

Thanks for the info....I've got most of the normal hop-ups for racing, but hadn't done the widening thing yet. I seen the GT wide front axles on towers website, but those are the ones that I had heard bent really easy. I thought maybe they were made of to soft of aluminum??

I was on the crescenzi website looking at what they had... I suspect that they will get some of my money before to long too...lol.

Thanks again, Brad

Yeah Cresenzi/the bayside hobby shop are like a one stop shop for the RC10GT. The AE wide GT axles are just aluminum, unlike the T4's steel axles, so yeah, they aren't nearly as strong. I'm going to be installing the T4 steering parts on my GT this winter, just gotta wait for them to get off backorder....
