It seems that the best RTR package in terms of 1/8th scale buggies is the Jammin' X1-RTR.

It's just my opinion, but the X-1 RTR is very close to the X-1 CR, which is the car the Jammin' race team uses.

You may pay a little more for the Jammin X1cr but it's well worth it. You will have a car that others are familiar with and the "help network" of a local racing scene is invaluable to a new nitro racer.

X1 RTR all the way. any other Ofna buggy sucks, except for the Hyper 7.

my philosophy is that you should always buy the best the first time so that you don't have to replace a crappy one later.
