orion r8 pro x esc and orion vst2 pro 690 1900kv

so i AM HAVING ISSUES WITH COGGING. tHIS SET UP IS IN A MUGEN MBX 7 ECO. tHE LIO USED IS A TURNIGY 4S 5000 20C HARD CASE. THE ESC IS A 220AMP. iS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE BATTERY IS NOT SUPPLYING ENOUGH CURRENT THE COMBO IS DEMANDING??
