Tamiya super hornet/electric or GV Hunter/nitro please help for racing and bashing

Your comparing apples with oranges. One's nitro, the other electric.

The Super Hornet would make an ideal basher, but not for anything serious like racing. It would be heaps of fun racing a Hornet, though. You really need something like a B4 or an XXX to be up there with the pack.

If that's what you want, then go for it. Hornets are a fun R/C to drive.

Look into a monstertruck if you want to bash, I think they'd be more fun than a buggy since you can go more places with them. Otherwise do yourself a favor and pick up a good quality kit from Losi or Associated if you want a buggy. A cheap tamiya buggy is going to be more trouble that it's worth.
