What exactly does adjusting the upper hinge pins do for tuning?

Thank you. I'm more interested in the hingepin placement. What does changing the upper pin position do?

Anyone have a good starting setup. Box setup is not good for me. Shocks feel to soft and diffs feel to light.

Richard Saxton ran some RC8T3E testing last week in preparation for the ROAR Nats.
I will try to put together a set up sheet to post.
Might not be up till next week as The Nitro nats is this week.

The shocks were 8x1.35mm 55f and 50r

Okay thanks. I've played with tuning a bit but nothing crazy. My question is what does moving the upper hinge pin do?

I'm pretty sure these buggies only have outer and inner hingepins. I don't think they have upper and lower unless I'm mistaken. Are you talking about anti-squat that you get by angling the hingepins up or down?

It's just link a camber link on a 1/10th car. It changes the roll center of the car. Raise it lower the roll center, lower raise the roll center.
