Default help w/ matt francis xxx-nt

hi i am pretty competent in my nitros but i got this one from a friend for my son,and can't get it to run right i've played with tuning from base settins and others but it seems as though i am spitting way too much fuel out the pipe
seems like it is getting pushed through the backpressure hose any known issues or ideas would help.... thanks yuck....

There is no Matt Francis XXX-NT...it's actually an Adam Drake machine. Try leaning out the high and low speed needles. Make sure the engine isn't hydrolocking if it is eating that much fuel. If you buy a used nitro it's always a good idea to replace the plug and fuel tubing before running it. I've had numerous problems with these things before.

What engine is in the truck?

If it is an old xxx-nt with the old tank(pressure nipple in the tank, not the cap) you can move the pressure nipple to the cap or buy a new tank with the moved nipple. Had to do this with my old truck after the mod it worked great no more spitting fuel.

thanks Willy
