I've driven both. I think both cars are great. The Losi is nice because there are so many team drivers and they post tons of setups, which makes it easy to try those setups and find one that fits your style(I lucked out with the Drake outdoor setup). The Tekno is awesome. I haven't broken anything on it, where I had a few items give on the Losi, more wear issues than pieces just breaking, the plastic seemed softer on the Losi. I feel like if you know how to setup a car to your driving style or have the patience to figure out your own setup, the Tekno is the better vehicle. I like/prefer Tekno because they support military and veterans by giving them discounts on all their products. That's my opinion. Wish you the best with whichever car you choose.

IMHO : the losi has details I don't like :
- weak 14x8x4mm flanged bearings
- weak 5x11x4 bearings
- weird 1/2" bearings
- only 1x 3mm to hold the motor
the tekno use bigger ball bearings ( easier to find also )
but anyway, those are only technical détails that matter more for high powered bashers.
for a racer ( which I am not ) , I think those buggy use opposite concepts : the tekno is front heavy ( better for tight turnings ) and the losi is more rear heavy ( old school ! )
real racer will tell you more about this !
