And how does it do against the B6 and. TLR's.

I had a DEX210 and a B6 and getting the itch again. I hate working on TLR and don't want to rebuy a B6.

Thanks in advance.
New or old model, the adjustability is huge. You can make it work for just about anything, for almost anyone.

For the price you can currently get this car, I don't think you'll be out much to buy one and run it until a new car is available. The car Ronnafelk ran at Worlds was prototype rear end with a B6 front end. The car is still in development so I guestimate that it'll be more than a few months before a new car is released. That being said, I don't run carpet and I'm sure there are better cars out there for it.

Thank you for your honesty.

Anyone test the lengthwise battery install bracket? I'm trying to determine what it would do for me.

On indoor tracks. Carpet or clay I always ran the battery in line.

The car has tons of grip. So putting it in line helps move the weight forward some and keeps a good balance. U can corner a little faster that way.

I also added 9 grams under the servo to help.

Mostly ran on clay

Thanks. You get more steering? What was servo you were using?

I've seen his buggies ran many times, and they roll really well with the inline setup.....this guy speaks the word.

Anyone have a good base setup for a small, indoor clay track?

From what I have heard from a good source, if a new 2wd comes out it will be end of next year or later. Not any time soon. That's why I just purchased one on black friday from Amain. Only problem is I am a black sheep at my local indoor track. Only one who will be running this car so I will need to do some set up changes once I get it driving. Should hit the track this week with it once my new speedo arrives.

Hello,

Does anyone have a spare lengthwise battery strap (HBS116257) they would sell me? I can not find anyone that has it in stock. Please shoot me a PM if you do. I have an extra 69 spur gear if anyone needs one.

Tape the battery down in line, cut tabs off battery strap and leave it mounted for support. That's what i did. Looks kinda funny but functional all the same.

That would work, but for those who are conscious about safety, easy in and out would be important. Do you have any pics of your set-up? How you liking it?

Here is how you run the inline setup using all the parts that come in the kit....I added a pair of 7g weights in the back to keep it tight, but you can also double side tape down any other small parts you have laying around in your pit bag to have the same effect.

This setup also allows you to use the Exotek brace which helps stiffen up the chassis even more.

Hope this helps. This was posted in a photo from another user earlier this year, I just kinda built off it with same concept.

Have fun.
