Yea, I live in san diego, but I go to LA every weekend. I was racing a while back with the MBX4 but I got out of it. But after I saw the off road race they had last week, I have to get back into it. Look at the crystal park site photo gallery. The off road race was the pics i took. They are not that clear thought. Im a novice when it comes to taking pictures.

But I can't wait to get back into it.

hey guys, just wondering where do you all get your mbx5 parts from ? any good online shops that stock the parts for a good price ?

for bearings, I use http://www.avidrc.com, at $1 a bearing, changing out the whole car regularly is very, very cheap.

We currently stock a full line of MBX-5 parts on our website as well, and also the MBX-5 truggy conversion too

Hi everybody, I am Alejandro Cabrera from Venezuela.
I have ran rc cars (touring) since 2.000, now I bought a mbx5 prospec.
I have many question.
1. What is anti-squat, What happen if I put more or less?
2. What is kick up, What happen if I put more or less?
3. The new damper spring short. When is necessary used it?

the "new" short springs are sutable for the smoother tracks (was developed by Vray in europe) generally not used on many USA style tracks

anyone know how to stop the diffs from leaking? I have heard of different o rings but dont know were to get them or what ones are better than the other

use 2 of those diff sealing rings, works like a charm, also spaces the gears better and improves efficiency according to s discussion on sgrid.
