Default Sc10 ball diff issues

I can't get the diff to tighten down enough even with the screw basically all way down u can spin tires diff is still too loose. Any suggestions.

Sounds like the thrust spring is to worn out. I would replace that and rebuild it with new rings and balls to eliminate those possible problems as well.

I was having a similar issue, but my screw kept loosening. I needed a new t-nut. It's best to just rebuild and replace all the wear parts.
