I'm agree the RGT RB-4 looks like other cars but, when it will have good results in race like the RGT R2 1/10 onroad maybe it will not just a copy

You are ridiculous. It is a blatant copy, there is no hiding that fact. Saying that by winning a race with it does not some how magically change that fact, It is a copy.

But I don't know what is more ridiculous...say that this car is a blatant copy just after have saw few photos or say this car will not be a copy if it makes good results in races.

If you remember, in the past, some new asian products was qualified by lot of people of copies but after some time and good race results, magically... it was no longer a copies !!!

What does entering any races have to do with it being a design copy or not? Every car is capable of winning or losing races. Winning doesn't mean that it isn't a copy. It's a copy.

I just saw a new product announcement from NitroRCX come out from their rebrand called "Team Energy" which in the past was based on the RGT-R2... they now have a 1/8 Buggy which has me wondering if they are still rebranding another RGT car:

Is there any chance that the car is from RGT and if so, where can more information be found on it... is there an RC Tech thread somewhere about it?

The new Team Energy T8X and G8X (nitro) are a rebranded cars based on the NANDA Racing NRB-5, not on a RGT car.
