Default NEW DURANGO DESC10 Thread

Durango is rolling out new race machines can't wait for this new DESC10!

this is from RED RC:
Following a first teaser image Team Durango now released a more detailed photo of the DESC10 4WD short course truck. The newly designed kit looks a lot beefier than the popular and race-proven DESC410 with its 1/8th scale-ish suspension components, shock absorbers and 17mm wheel adapters. So far no features or specifications are known but the kit is meant to be on its way to the distributors and we await details on the truck

17mm Hex wheels too! Looks like Tekno might have some competition if this thing drives good.

The Aarma cars are the low end RTR versions of the new Durango stuff.

Yea Arrma is the bashing lineup of Durango difference is with the race 4wd SC even though its similar there is a better chassis , Shocks etc.

This is similar to the new 1/8 E-Buggy they have .

The arrma cars are based off the Durango but released earlier. The end result is a racing inspired rtr at a good price. The Durango cars are all no compromise racing machines. This thing will be impressive for sure. 17mm hex is the way to go in these things for sure though.

Does 399.99 count?

It's kind of weird for TD, for bashers their (basher brand) arrma one seems similar, but also solid.
For racing, they pretty much cleared their pro race team, focusing on supporting their (european) local racers. (or not?) Meanwhile SC class isn't that big in Europe and Asia.
For a new car (especially now a 1/8 based), it may lack some setup support, especially for smaller indoor tracks.

Still, thanks to ROAR putting 4wd SCT aligned with 1/8 cars, it's better than nothing.

Default Alrighty

I want one of these.

To go along with my 3 DEX408v2's, 1 DEX408v1, 1 DEX210, and 3 DESC210R's.

The DESC410 never really peaked my fancy, but, now, this new DESC10 4WD sure does !

I'm with you guys, let's see some more of this rather robust, dirt gobbling, beast . . . . . . .

For that price it would want to come with a body and wheels.
