Default Wheels' nuts offset pro and cons

Hi,

which are in your experience the pros and cons of wheel offset nuts ? ( assuming they are allowed within the race rules of course )

I think with full offset nuts the car is supposed to be more stable but slightly less agile, is that true ?

Any hints you can give me please ? Much appreciated

Thanks
