Malin had her first test outdoors on astro with the new Xray XB2 2WD prototype after running it indoors on carpet earlier.

Track was a bit damp and slippery and it is still a bit cold outside at just 2.5*C (36.5*F) so she was running Ballistic Green Spike tires in the rear instead of the usual Yellow Mini Pin or Mini Spike.

Still have a lot of setup and parts testing to do but felt really promising for a first try

Running the XB2 unweighted at 1480g in the short video here.

Man this looks really good on that track. Can't wait for an official release date. Any idea when that may be?

Thanks

It's a Polybutler pit box from http://www.polybutler.de

A very common pit box here in Europe

They are.......almost too smooth now so we run a bit of timing early on in the rev range, a bit of boost and a bit of added punch as well to get the 6.5T to
Malin's liking

Juraj Hudy on Facebook:
Working on another all-new XB2 prototype. So far the most demanding and challenging RC car project for me ever.
I have never thought that to design a 1/10 off-road car that works in all track conditions - carpet, clay, dust, astro - would be so much complex and difficult task.
The recent progress is very positive and I am getting more confident all the time.
Now more testing on schedule.
