Is this a critical upgrade to punch a lil edge over the competition? I'm sure most guys at the local track wont bother....just curious if it'll be that much better? Frank?

After reading these comments, I ordered mine last night, and I got confirmation that it shipped today from Horizon. So it doesn't seem to be out of stock as of yet....

I like how it works on my buggy. I'm guessing for high traction surfaces it's better, or maybe for spec class. My local track is both, so I'm really looking forward to it!

Default Rebuilt Ball Diff

Hi guys. I've just rebuilt my diff and broken it in etc. Now my question is on the bench just hitting throttle and let go one wheel stops spinning before the other. Is that a loose diff. I might need to tighten a little again.
Second question. After diff build and slipper adjustment. Doing the test where front end should lift 3" or so. Mine won't lift. Any suggestions. Believe I know what I'm doing as my other stadium truck lifts up.

I don't know about your diff issue, but to get the front wheels to lift you need the slipper spring pretty tight, almost all the way down. This is on a 13.5, on 17.5 it may not lift at all depending on gearing.

Got it sorted Ty. My ESC wasn't programmed properly so wasn't giving me full power

All bearings are free and reoiled. There good. But good point could of had binding. Still does the same. May not even be a concern lol.
