There might be something in the works....

The only thing I don't like about the 22T 2.0 is the TLR body is fugly. JConcepts Finnisher looks pretty nice (to my eyes) and you can buy replacement spoilers.

Thanks Frank. Mind you, that doesn't do much to solve my problem but as always I appreciate your prompt responses.

While I don't necessarily mind the different look of the TLR body, I might move over to JConcepts simply because the spoilers are separately and readily available.

Is there any way to get this truck to turn sharper on low-speed hairpins? I absolutely love my setup on jumps, sweepers, etc. but any time my track (new layout every week) has a lot of low-speed, sharp turns I simply cannot compete with the T5M (the defacto truck for my track) and its tighter turning radius.

Try lowering the front inner camber link ballstud. That will give it more initial turn in for those tight corners.

Default Ride height

What ride height is everyone running in their truck? In trying to copy some of the setups on the TLR site the spring adjusters are almost all the way down and I'm still not at 30mm.

Raced the truck for the 1st time last night. It ran great qualified directly into the main. Got into 3rdbut broke the stock rear camber block. It did slap the chassis on landings on take offs if I didn't hit the jumps perfect. To be fair other trucks were doing it also. Hence the ride height question.

I'm running 30F/29R. What springs are you running, if you're running the buggy ones you'll need to get the +4mm shock cups.

For the plastic rear camber block, make sure your ballstuds are long and you can put grub screws into the unused holes to fill them up and strengthen the plastic.

St class is coming back in my area so I bought a 22t mm I set it up to the spec sheet on tlrs site but I'm struggling with rear chassis slap which upsets the rear end and makes the truck get squirrely. What are my options to stop this?

Hey guys, I drove my buddy's 22t2.0 with the Mayfield Cactus setup in it and it felt really good to me. I was looking up the Kyosho springs and there are some differences. Can any one help me out on which ones I want. Thanks.
Front: XGS003, Short Front, Gold or XGS024, Medium Length Front, Gold

I'm using TLR5164 rear truck yellow springs instead of the kit TLR5167 buggy yellow springs. They're a little bit longer.
