All of the above. Depending on config.

Don't think you will go wrong with either.

I'd much rather buy the Team Losi since it has out of the box capabilities for rear and mid motor config. I'd imagine the T5 would need extra parts that aren't available yet.

Well Said Most people that have sctphobia have either not owned one or didn't know how to set one up correctly. ST was one of my favorite classes (both electric and nitro). As much as I didn't like it when the class starting dieing all those years ago, I would miss SCT more than the ST class.
It's all the bashing that wrecks it for me.

I have a T5M on preorder but now I am reconsidering. I am sure both trucks will be great, but TLR really has included a lot of stuff right out of the box that make the 22T very appealing, not the least of which is the ability to go RM or MM out of the box - and I think the price is very reasonable too considering what they include.

22T 2.0 looks a lot sexier than the T5M.

That's what makes SC so much fun is the contact. I'm not talking about punting people. You can run side by side, put the wheel to someone (without completely punting them) without taking you both out, use them as a brake, etc. Once you "learn" how to drive SC, it's a lot of fun to trade paint! Buggy is for clean racing, but in SC....IT'S ON!

Kinda like putting those rails up at the bowling alley so you can't gutter-ball it.

trading paint, and rubbing is fun in SC, but it always degrades to a punt fest. We always cringe when the Slash dudes arrive, cause it starts out sane, but quickly gets out of hand, people jumping onto the straight, going backwards on the track. If this is fun, I will take no fun any day. too many times have SC drivers broken my car "having fun" the sooner the class goes back to bashing in a school yard and are off my local tracks, the better off I will be. Its not all SC drivers, but it sure as s*** is at least 99% of them.

And just like the B5M, it wont have a usable setup for months. No thanks. I see nothing in the new parts that Phends Nats winning setup from last year in Mid-Motor that will not translate damn good into the new truck. AE will have a centro T4.2 setup before they have a good T5M setup.

Both the T5M and the 22T 2.0 will be great. Neither has been released yet, but the fanboy trashing of the evil other truck is already there. Sad but true, you really can't read any AE and TLR threads on rctech if you are just looking for proper information.
By the way, it is spelled Schuur Speed like in NitroLuver's sig, not Shurr Speed.

I agree with the bad timing on releasing these kits. A march release misses all of the parts of the country where we have winter. I get that some people run these year round, but it seems that in NE Ohio we run 8th scale outside, then migrate to 10th in the winter.
