I understand what you mean with this statement but to seriously suggest we kill off an entire class of cars to make room for the stadium trucks we love is horrible. The die-hard short course guys would say that stadium truck needs to stay dead so they can enjoy their class. Honestly, we should be promoting the success of all racing classes. It's just kinda crappy to suggest that something that somebody else finds enjoyable needs to "disappear" because you enjoy something different. I like Coke but Pepsi doesn't need to disappear because of it.

Death to short course trucks?
Yeah, lets kill off the only segment of the hobby bringing in new people.
The intellectual prowess of the people on this site is downright amazing at times.

You forgot hd ball cups and hd turn buckles.
But honestly there are a lot of guys like me that have already have a near 22T 2.0 since we have upgraded with 22 2.0 and 22 sct 2.0 parts. So the amount left over to spend is the rear arms, rear cvd bones, rear sct hexs, fronts spindles. Far cheaper than $299 for me to upgrade than start all over.

BUT... I will also get the 2.0 truck so that I have a RM and MM truck!

I like the truck. Wonder how much better it will be than my XXX-T?

Anyone know what battery configuration works with this truck? Square, Saddle, shorty or stick type lipo.

I don't actually believe it should die off. I think SCT should be relegated to a "beginners class only" type thing. Of course, I've thought that since the beginning of the class. I think the whole "budget" and "easier to drive/maintain" aspect of SCT is what made it so great to begin with, but that whole vision got lost when it became a pro class with racing kits etc. It should have stayed a box-stock beginner's class. That's what made it great.
