I don't run the truck, but am just so happy that ST is back at my track. Good luck with the truck. I know it will be good.

It usually costs a little more, my friend paid $25 shipping for a T5m. I notice it says the box weighed 20lbs which seems high for a four pound truck. I inquired with Amain about this. This truck is a must for me.

Wonder if it will keep up with the new age stuff. I do need to get some current tires though. I have lots of step pins, bow ties and ribbed fronts from when we raced in dirt.

Well if truck runs strong here Ill convince myself it is time to run something a bit more modern.
Your tire comment is funny as crap since I had to search like crazy to find new step pins and ribbed fronts since our track is a wet loamy sandy and no other tire works as well on it.

I tried to get back into rc back in 2011 but after building a SC I just couldn't get myself excited so sold everything. I am so glad ST is making a comeback and I can't wait to start assembling my new truck.

Kit setup was dialed in at OCRC.... I just like 27.5 in the rear and the brass rear hinge pin mount - only changes.

I've found Jconcepts Goose Bumps to be a good alternative to step pins. Losi Directional Ribs are still relatively easy to find on eBay.

And by the way, where in Southern Oregon are you racing that has a loamy surface?! I'm assuming you must be racing at Klamath Falls? The only other track around here is PBR and it's like racing on a sheet of glass.

Amain updated the shipping and the shipping price is $21 for me now. I just completed the order for mine and will be racing it for the first time on the 19th.

Looking forward to this.
