can we assume that the brass squat block will be a valuable upgrade to this truck like it is with the 2.0 buggy?
And is the Mid March release date still expected?

I liked my 1.0 but ST was dead so I sold it and its been picking up lately. I preordered a 2.0 and sold the DEST I was racing while waiting for Losi to get this one out. Looking forward to this. I only run the 22 platform, the truck will go with my RM stock and MM mod buggies.

I don't know what the SCT guys are using for springs, is there a spring set?

Any update on getting the manual or kit setup posted?

Also I notice you are running saddles. Is there any reason not to run the square pack? Size and weight are very close. Did you test with a shorty and find this weight to be a better balance?

I just didn't have a square pack until last week, and that is what I'll run going forward.

Shorty works very well, and I would definitely recommend it for any stock/spec racing.

As for the kit setup and manual, I've been pushing for this from our web team, but they haven't committed to a delivery date prior to the ship date.

I just loaded my "build photos" for the 22T 2.0 to the TLR Facebook page. Check it out!

Looks great, Frank. I'm really antsy to build one (again). I hate to be pushy, but does TLR/Horizon have a more "official" release date for this truck?

Everything is line up for later this month, no specific date with the "Port Issues" yet because we don't have the control to keep it accurate.

Frank; what are the differences on the battery shorty vs. square and why stock to mod recomendations? I converted to the shorty on my 22-4 and liked that. don't have square packs for anything else I run, so as to try to use what I have was looking for team input per your observations. I plan on running this in Mod as Im going to take my 6.5 from the 22-4 to run in ST and do a 5.5 in the 22-4.

For stock/spec racing, you want to be as close to minimum weight as possible, and the short pack helps you get there. For mod racing, the extra weight of a square pack seems to work really well.

Does the stadium truck happen to share the same chassis as the buggy or short course truck? I'm trying to figure out what to do for a chassis protector.

Thanks.

Different than buggy and SC, same as the 22T 1.0.

So just to review, square or saddle packs without a brass RF hinge pin brace or shorty with the brass brace, just like the buggy? I am ordering wheels and hop-ups already. Can I use my 22 buggy LF spring sets? Are the kit springs LF?
