White Lithium Grease in place of Green Slime

Is this doable or a mistake. Is there a commercial equivalent to green slime?

Green Slime is repackaged Noleen SF-3 suspension grease. You can get it be much larger quantities at motorcycle stores that serve MX racers. Another really good product is Arlo's Slick Honey. Harder to find but can be ordered through bicycle shops.

For shock o-ring lube I would suggest O-Slip by Factory RC. It is more of a cream and does not harden. I think green slim in shock seals eventually becomes waxy.
