Default Hpi Blitz Brushless Conversion

Needing help, I am converting my 2wd blitz to brushless. Im using the Traxxas 3500 Vilenion system going to be running a 3s lipo and i need to know what spur and pinion to run. i don't want to use the 48 pitch i just don't think that will be strong enough. But i don't know who makes a 32 that will fit. also i want to know what gear ratio i don't want it to be in a wheelie every time i hit the throttle

You'll be surprised just how durable the stock spur is on the blitz. I raced one and never had an issue.

But if you do blow it out...then swap it with this

48p is strong enough. wheelies has to do with the slipper and motor, not much with gearing

Page 23 of the Blitz manual has gearing recommendations. The Velineon 3500 motor is comparable to a 10T brushless. Using that information with the manual you're going to want to be around a 21 or 22T pinion if you're using the stock 88T spur.

As stated before, slipper setting and throttle control will be the only thing keeping the front wheels on the ground with 3S.
