Default how to make 2x 3s into a 6s battery

Doing some research for a friend who is getting a 6s arrma Keaton ....he has a couple of 5000mah 20c 3s batteries and I know you can turn them into 6s but not sure if they have to be 3s1p or 3s2p....and what if anything else will be needed

The + on the ESC goes to the + on one battery, the - on the ESC goes on the - of the second battery, and the + and - on the batteries get connected. Look up a dean's series adapter for a picture

You should never run in series batteries that have different cycle history.
They must be new and always used as a set

Are they hardcase or soft case? If they are soft case with the wires built-in (or hardcase with built in wires for that matter) just get series connector.

They must be identical batteries and then just plug them with this conector:

For Traxxas :

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Traxxas-TRX-...item3f37e1be9b

For Deans;

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dean-T-Plug-...item3a7ceb49c1

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dean-T-Plug-...item233df7e251

But it is to Over Kill your Kyosho Inferno MP9E.

I would put then in Parallel with parallel plug and you could increase twice the running time 10.000 mah 20C 3S

The ARRMA Kraton is already wired to run 2x3s packs in series using t-plugs. If running a single 6s pack, there is a bridging plug provided.

4s setup and 6s setup?
