Default Protek 150S servo with Rx 8 in a truggy question

Running an RX8 G2 and just picked up a Protek 150S servo in an ET48.
Should I run 6 volts BEC or 7 volts? And why? What would pros and cons be?
Currently on 6v, just don't want to hurt the servo

The servo is designed to run on 7.4 volts so no reason it should hurt anything. The benefit by going to 7.4v is a little faster speed and more torque which in most cases is always a plus. Only down side I see would be .06 speed on 7.4v might be a bit fast for some.
