Well guys to make it a short story I got some r/c cars in trade, had a nitro before and it was a money pit so wanted electric.

Novak used to make a kit to convert it well nobody makes one now, so had to make my own.

First thing was first remove all the nitro equipment. After that start buying parts for the conversion.

Items bought were mod 1 pinion gear 11t, HPI motor mount, motor (your choice mine is a hobbywing 1800kv, lipo battery charger, and that's all I can think of for now. It wasn't too hard I did have to do some drilling for the motor mount but it was very easy. I did kind of follow Novak's set up but did my own twist in a way.

Enough talking and here's all the pictures I have for the conversion, I ran it tonight and its everything I could wish for.
