SC

But that's cause it's the only other 4wd class to buggy at 1/10 tracks

4wd ST and I would be all over it.

4wd SCT it is then

2wd is alright - I have a 2wd mod buggy, which is amazingly rewarding and taught me everything about setup and driving, but 4wd is just so much more fun to race because you can push to hard and get away with it

4wd SCT is just fun cause you can get away with almost anything

Locally our 4wd SCT class is actually very well presented by fast drivers and we have great racing. We've all moved up to 2wd and 4wd bug but still ALWAYS enter sc for good ole old fashioned offroad racing

Unfortunately they just came around at the wrong time. SCT blew up around the same time they were out and just couldn't keep up in terms of popularity.

It did look like a really fun class when it was around.

Just in terms of fun I prefer sc. I do like my T4.2 but its just not a popular class where I race.

Best truck I have ever owned is the Traxxas SRT. So my vote is for ST follow by a very close .05 second 2wd 1/10th buggy.

I would lean Stadium truck only because with it being open wheel you can't use your fellow racer as bumper to help you make the turn.

All in all though, personally would prefer an SCB class main benefits of STs over 1/10 2wd buggies was using them on tracks that 1/8s blow out.

I can enjoy the physical side of sc racing, it has its place. If I get to keep my buggy , I choose sc just so I can race in 2 totally different worlds... If I dont get to keep my buggy , im going st because they do drive so much better !

You just live in my area. My local track is EXACTLY this way.

SCT's at my track range from full blown pros running perfect lines and jump transfers, to new kids who just bash cause their parents bought them a truck, same goes for buggies, the serious boys run buggy or SCT's. Every blue moon you see a stadium truck that's usually a RTR or a semi modded by average drivers. Haven't seen anyone who has the skills to kill the crack with a stadium yet. Those guys usually run full buggies or SCT's.

part of me wishes the J82 had taken off. The concept was perfect for out here as it was a buggy for those who like that look like me, but was large enough to work on a 1/8 track.

4x4 SCT for the Win

I'll race any of them and enjoy it, but 4x4 SCT is the bomb and gets my heart pumping.

As far as 2wd buggy goes its like F1 vs NASCAR. if I want to use a bumper to move someone over a bit I can.
