Has anyone tried shimming the rear arms forward instead of the stock shim in front for more rear traction?

Yes I run mine like this. If you're running indoor with good grip, not needed. I've run on a couple outdoor tracks recently and run my arms forward. I wouldn't change it back! My outdoor tracks are lower grip, running JC flip outs at one and Goosebumps at the other... Old school outdoor. Trucks been great!!

Question I'm fixing to buy a T5m and I race on high bite indoor tracks. Do I need to buy the sway bar kit to make it handle better? If so is it front,rear or both?

It isn't necessary, but without knowing your exact track and how you like your car to handle its hard to say. If anything, you would want to pick up a rear swaybar.

Im not aware of anyone on clay running a swaybar at OCRC.

o ok thanks for the info. I like my car just to feel planted to the track. I put the sway bar on my SC truck I had and it made a big difference so I was just wondering if it would help this truck

Stadium trucks don't roll as much as short course. you would only use a swaybar on carpet or astro.

1+ for goosebumps= great tire for unsweept/rougher/unblown tracks. run them on a AE T4 when double dee's/holeshots aren't working so well.

Drove a friends T5M with the X-Factory Infinity carbon fiber chassis yesterday...the truck felt really good...those that buy it will like it a lot!
