I was going to say what you don't see is how wicked fast it (and he) is. That truck is absolutely on rails on the track. But, there you go!

Has anyone tried shimming the rear arms forward instead of the stock shim in front for more rear traction?

Yes I run mine like this. If you're running indoor with good grip, not needed. I've run on a couple outdoor tracks recently and run my arms forward. I wouldn't change it back! My outdoor tracks are lower grip, running JC flip outs at one and Goosebumps at the other... Old school outdoor. Trucks been great!!

Question I'm fixing to buy a T5m and I race on high bite indoor tracks. Do I need to buy the sway bar kit to make it handle better? If so is it front, rear or both?

It isn't necessary, but without knowing your exact track and how you like your car to handle its hard to say. If anything, you would want to pick up a rear swaybar.

Im not aware of anyone on clay running a swaybar at OCRC.

o ok thanks for the info. I like my car just to feel planted to the track. I put the sway bar on my SC truck I had and it made a big difference so I was just wondering if it would help this truck

Stadium trucks don't roll as much as short course. you would only use a swaybar on carpet or astro.

1+ for goosebumps= great tire for unsweept/rougher/unblown tracks. run them on a AE T4 when double dee's/holeshots aren't working so well.

Keep that in mind when tuning your car. 30 less grams over the rear axles changes the feel A LOT. Now, I get to figure out how to make my car steer again...fun times.
Just out of curiosity why are you posting stuff about your buggy in the truck thread?
