For people who run the t5m and b5m, how much do your setups differ between the two on a common track? I've noticed that I need to run the battery more forward in the t5m to get the same steering with otherwise similar setups. (Loose outdoor clay track) Not sure if this is normal or I'm doing something else wrong.

Default 13.5 gearing

we are switching to a 13.5 only class at our track. The track is usually pretty good traction and maybe 1 stretch where you might be able to reach full throttle. My question is what should I start out at for gearing. I know book says 75/26 but someone else suggested 84/23.
Just trying to get more input.

You have to find the gearing that works for you at your track with your motor. It takes time and testing to get it right. Not the answer you are looking for I’m sure. Im at 78x27 now but it’s still a work in progress.

Been running my XT6 now for a little over a month and a half, and this truck is a rocket - that handles like it's on rails. Just having a blast with it, but did want to confirm that a T5M body does NOT fit the Exotek XT6 conversion. I had two T5M bodies in the garage and decided to try and get one to fit. . . haha!! oh well, I'll order another T4.2 body at some point, or after I run this body and the other one I may just retire the XT6 and get the T6.1. Who knows??

Anyway, here's a few shots of my franken-body and one color wonder paint job!!!
