Funny thing about the ST class, I hear and read people say "I love ST but nobody runs them". Well if more people who stop just saying they love them and show up with them maybe the class would pick up.

If all the people who said this actually owned a ST in the first place, we'd already be set! There's just some weird ST nostalgia thing happening in people's minds.

ST is alive and well in SoCal...but then so is RC in general.

Lack of kits is one issue. There is a AE T4.2, Kyosho RT6 and a conversion kit from X-Factory.

Tower Hobbies has had that listed as discontinued for awhile now and no-one else has it listed. I thought it was long gone.

+1 to that! We almost had a full heat of trucks this weekend, it was a TON of fun! Lol, the guy that won was driving an old XXX-T but truth be known, he could've won with just about any truck. He's just that good! I was happy with a second place finish!

As soon as the T5 (rear and/or mid) is released, I'm picking one up and retiring the trusty XXXT-CR.
Was 1AM. Was a long night.

Hobby Pro has one as well. I surely hope the T5 brings the class back in my area...right now it seems to be a trophy race only class at a select few tracks.

I have been a long time buggy racer and looking for something different to try...and not SC.

At the Phoenix tracks it's not unknown to have two heats of truck.

+2 Although there is a few good ST options on the market, it will take a T5 and a 22-T 2.0 to find out if there actually will be a strong come back for ST.
