Default VBC Racing Firebolt DM 2WD buggy kit

*I've been pretty impressed with VBC's onroad cars, so this might be interesting:

Looks sweet, Just going to be worried about durability. Saw an on road guy bend his tower with his fingers. I'm sure their thinking about durability tho, that seems to be the way buggies are going

VBC onroad cars have been known to be matching X-ray quality, but without the X-ray price.

You are correct with your statement. I own a few VBC onroad cars and the quality is just as good as a xray for a fraction of the cost. Plus when building their kits they give you a ton of extra screws an shims.

I'm definitely liking the fan mount over the motor idea. I'm wondering what the body is going to look like???

Ive been interested in getting back into offroad. Been a Losi guy for 25 years. This might get me to change my mind. My VBC Wildfire and Ghost are just awesome. I like the subtle red anodizing excluding the red motor plate. I wonder if its mid motor only or if it will be swappable like the 22 or Durango? A 4wd would be cool too. Probably shaft drive that they could transfer over to the onroad side :-D

That looks really nice so far.

I wonder if they will come out with a RM version of it? Or if the buggy is convertible?

I believe I read somewhere that the car wil be a convertible car. You can run either mid or rear.

So who is going to carry this. I know APS is the US distributor, but finding parts for my VBC Ghost is difficult enough. There are 2 places right now I can get parts from, but they dont always carry all the parts and are frequently out of stock on some items. I really think as good as these cars are, if VBC wants to really take off and expand, they need to work on their distrobution network. Still I cant wait and I will probably get one to add to the fleet. Get my feet dirty again.

I had the VBC D06 and the quality of that car was just incredible. I have been uber-impressed with VBC products and I am confident that this one will shine as brightly as their onroad lineup. I like to see the company expanding their vehicle lineup into the realm of offroad.
