wensday they start with rotating controlled practice for half the day then its practice by heats in the afternoon.
Thursday it is controlled practice by heats 5 minutes each, until about 10am, then they do 2 seeding rounds of practice at 7 minutes each.
You get seeded on your fastest three consecutive laps from either of the seeding rounds!
Friday they have practice in the morning by heats 5 minutes each and practice will close at 10 am,
10:30 qualifiers start they usually do two a day with a large crowd and they resort after the day
Saturday with a large crowd is crunch day! usually no practice qualifiers start early like 730 early then they do two more rounds and lower mains!
then sunday is main day!

Sounds like really low turnout. Only nine heats total according to Ryan Lutz.

Being a national event I really do not understand the reason for such a low entry count. The same track had a high number of entries for the 1/8 nitro nationals in 2013. In Houston this track/facilities is top notch. I will not be racing because I'm a 1/10 guy but I will definitely be out to watch the race action. What this track lacks in technical challenge via layout it more than makes up with punishment to your cars for mistakes.

Liverc streamed the race last year so I would check there. I heard that one of the triples was changed because of to many cars breaking and esc's giving out; even a report of a esc going up in flames. One thing I will say about this track it definitely punishes you for your mistakes.
