I do align it.I don't get what I'm doing wrong. It also falls of and I do put it on the flat spot on the rotor of the motor.

is the snow grinding down the pinion and spur gears? the snow could contain little rocks that could do that as well .

I don't know if this would happen to me because I run a case/ cover on both gears.

Could the fact of having more surface area from the tires be the problem.

Did you clean the parts first and let the loc-tite dry?

metal pin metal sper..YES that might fix it... adjust so it is a hair out , if your stuff is binding it will rip it apart. heat melts so if your motor is geared wrong that could do it... it also could be your driving. if the unit fly's and you land full throttle its going to explode every thing. learn to land at 1/3rd throttle or guess what the tires are doing.. your not racing so try being easy on landings then haul ass.

Unless the motor is moving, there are only a few reasons those gears should do that. The first being... are you absolutely 1000% sure the spur and pinion are the same pitch? Is it this gear here -- http://www.nitrorcx.com/51c00-11184-64t.html ???

Yes verimin it is that spur and I am 1000000°/. Sure it's 48 pitch because I have went through 6 gears including the stock one.
