$5 setup board
They even cut it down to whatever size you want. I had mine cut to 24"x16".

I used premium pine and then sealed it with clear lacquer -- Has worked a treat for over 12 months!

I got the particle board for making shelves that has the white veneer or whatever its called. Was 18"w x 48" long so had it cut down to 22" long. Now I have one for home and one I take to the track for $7 each and with the hard veneer its super easy to wipe clean.

The board is the easy part, anyone have a link for some cheap adjustment gauges that don't involve elementary school protractors?
