the bearings is a good idea if you can sell them for cheap. people are starting to find avid bearings as a stop. theyre only 1$ a bearing. this is one department you could potentially get run out of. how about a place to buy titanium screws? or, sounds like you have experience welding and stuff. you could make roll cages for tmaxxes, revos, savages, MGT, LST. another thing you could do is make swaybars for misc. cars. they cant cost that much to make, could they?

im sure ill think of more stuff later.

hope i helped tho.

The only problem is I only have an E-MAXX, and although the T-MAXX cage would be virtually the same, I still have to clear the head, and make the filler accesable. I don't have a REVO, and I am still waiting on Savage parts. The though has crossed my mind, but painting them would be the real challenge. They would probably serve better powder coated, but we can do testing similar to the testing we did on aluminum plate, and see what types of color, base, and clear work best.

well i would like to see some custom shaped weights for the rear corners of the b4 chassis(not that aluminum is a good choice, its too light), but lead weights look disgusting and fall out.

o and i think it ould be benificial to business to make some front C-hubs for xray t1 cars, but make them cost less than $25 a peice. then you will be know to have the cheapest and ppl will be refered to you. i wasnt happy about paying $50 for the pair.

This is all very good stuff, I am really happy to see this discussion go so far. Things like JATO shock towers, and X-RAY c-hubs are things that I probably would have just looked over. I will see about part numbers, pricing, and avalibility on some stock parts, as well as pricing and avalibility on aftermarket ones, and see what designs we could incorporate into our products, then see about how popular they will be. I appreciate all the help, and I am pleasantly suprised with all the great suggestions. Keep em' comin'!

6mm thick sportwerks mayhem shock towers that are hardened, not just anodized and machined in low stress areas. i bought a set on ebay and the rear one sucked, wasn't treated at all and was machined too thin in places. front one is doing well though.
