Which pinion gear for Castle Creations 2650KV motor
I just picked up a Castle Creations 1/8 Mamba Monster 2 Waterproof ESC w/ 2650KV Motor and am putting it in my Intech racing BR-6 e buggy. I have two questions, aren't there two different types of pinion gears, Mod 1 and ? I wanted to know what size everyone thinks I should go with. I think the stock is 17T, but should I go down to a 15 or 16. I don't have the original 17T as I bought the car used. Thanks for you help?

I ended up getting a mod 1 17T and took the buggy out for a spin. It's plenty fast. Thanks to the guys at Checked Flag for helping me out.
