Yup, I use a plastic primer first (white in color) then the Tamiya paint, then finish it up with a clear coat. Color choices are endless at that point!

and a Losi 3.0E I was interested in the EB48.2 too, just a bit worried about its durability because some friends had troubles with the 1st version, but I really like how the tekno is designed

normally I don't have so many 1/8 buggies, we are replacing the JQ and Durango
