Thumbs up Weels and tires

I have just bought a Tamiya xv-01 toyota gazoo 86 rally car, the only thing I have to complain about is the tires that came with the kit. They are more tarmac and gravel type. Now the snow has finally fallen I am looking for some extra weels but can't figure out the measurment. In the specs there is Tire Width/Diameter: Front & Rear 27/67mm. Does this mean that I can't use 26mm tires?

I am driving in snow so I really need some good tires...

Had my first indoor run today. What a car!!! Crashed hard two times and the steering got smashed hard but nothing broke
