Thank you mantis I was hoping someone would chime in about the team c, the evo 2wd made me a team c fan.

In this case, there are some cars that will be better than others. Obviously, a car with a very open drive train is not going to be a good fit for this application. He said that they try to keep the track in good condition but it doesn't always happen. This tells me that he will sometimes be racing on blown out tracks that have loose dirt flying around. A car like the Cat K1 Aero would be a poor choice due to the very open drive train that will take dust and compact it into the pulleys. The shaft driven cars will be better, but you will still be replacing spurs from time to time. You may also have some sudden failures if a small rock gets into the wrong place near the spur. I have even had it happen with 1/8th buggies and mod 1 spurs. So yes, there are things to consider when looking for a good outdoor car.

Yes and the factory is on a mission for this year!
Of all of the factories i have driven for they have been the best at fixing issues quickly and accepting feedback from they drivers.

The TM4 is a complete new car, I dont think any of the T4 parts fit except for maybe the steering linkage and I am not positive about that.

I would give this a serious look then. The EVO has been my go to car as I've gotten back into racing after trying several 2wd bugies. A 4wd from Team C will be worth trying.

Yes exactly... right now every one is running b44.2s a couple xxx4s. With some work they are OK but they just seem out of place. They just seem to light and fragile.

I'm thinking the Caster, Team C, and the tlr 22-4 after its out for couple months

I had a durango dex410 and it was an incredibly fragile car. I just looked at it wrong and it would fall apart. Having moved to a TLR 22-4 which is by FAR more durable and easier to drive, I recommend it highly.

It's solidly built, very stable on the track, and the sealed drivetrain is a thing of beauty.
