best advice is take a practice day at your most visited track amd spend the day changing settings so you can see what effects you get with each change.
This is great advice. The only problem is most people are too lazy to take the time to do this and just want somebody who's taken the time to learn what the changes do to just hand over setups

got to run my car for the first time in a long time. I was on an outdoor track that they used sugar water on. I ended up having to go to flat arms / tower to tame the front end down. It was crazy how much of a difference that made, so anyone who feels they have too much or too reactive steering, definitely take these guys advice on the rear motor front arms / tower.

Could not get a grasp on the MM stock and mod today so switched back to RM... Tried all kinds of setups in practice but the RM is just alot faster outdoors... I have two conversion kits for cheap!!! (Rm to MM)

Had someone ask what the fan mount made by my friend looks like with the body on. This is with a JConcepts Silencer.

Great video. I might also give this a go. I found success polishing the hell out of the ball cup with the dremel, but this seems like a better solution to the problem.

How about polishing the ball while it's inside the cup(rod end).

That's what I did. I took the ball stud out, put some graphite grease on it, put it back in and with a hex tool in the dremel I then polished the inside of it.

I run the same arms and tower. This set up is for clay tracks. Goto 2mm trail 27.5 front black springs 1.6's/Rear 30 white springs 1.6's and .5 rear hub inserts. Last week went to the aluminum rear toe will pills 3.3 and the car is fast lots on power steering. All a summing diff and slipper is set properly.

Finally got to run my MM last night for the first time with something other than a 17.5 in it. I had gone through and redone everything so it was much closer to some of the team setups thinking I was going to be looking for rear bite. Car felt really good other than a slight push until i broke the front shock tower. By the way i will agree the Hard parts are much mrs fragile. The hit that broke it wasn't much. Anyway i am running the flat arms and still had the GW front tower in my box so i figured id try it. Middle hole on the flat was pretty close to the inside on the GW tower. The only other thing i did was adjust the ride height. Car felt a little better to me. Mind you i haven't driven the car much in the past 6 months and i am by no mean one of the fast guys but i could feel a slight positive difference.

I miss Wild Cherry. J/K.

Ran my car mod with square pack using what is posted as Cavs setup for Reedy Race and the car felt really good and was super fast. Drove a mod 22 2.0 with same motor and felt sluggish, had a short pack in it. Did not weight both cars, but felt similar in weight.
