I have trying my best to inform about the inline battery setup.

Been using it for months now .
Everytime I drive another B5 with the sideways battery I can feel the stall on the slow tight turns.

This still has not changed..

If you drive on med grip indoor?

Nothing better still.

The setup has been improved a week ago.

1/24 lead sheet under short battery (2.7 oz)
Rear shock inside on tower
Rear shock = 35w 1.6 x 2 flat piston 2mm internal limiter, white Ae or gold k spring

Front = 35w 1.4 x 3 flat piston, 3 internal limiter,grey Ae or red k spring

Hard front arm
Plastic B5r rear arm

Scott has not even built his B5 yet.

The way the thing was invented went like this.

One driver has the idea & another told that driver how to do.
That Saturday after noon they gave me the parts with silver Sharpie marking where to grind.
Both are 100% ..
My ride was the one of the first ever done.

You guys here on RcTech saw it first.

On the FT rear hubs, you put the 0 degrees etching to the rear......but if your running the B5r arms same deal.

I'm not sponsored George but I appreciate the compliment.
I did it on the Centro too. Bremerton's farewell race ring a bell?

I'm pretty sure they run it like that (sideways back) because they have to have it like that to pass roar inspections checks/tech. That's what a pro told me.

I would call setup with battery front to back inline layout. And setup with electronics middle and battery sideways centered electronics layout

Centered electronics with the cradle cut like cherry's on my car was better for me... More forgiving than the inline setup.
