Flex is good for really rough tracks making the car a bit numb and less darty from deflection IMO. Less flex is great for SMOOTH High Bite. B5 hard parts are really good until it is 30 degrees outside.

Is there an alternative to the lunsford titanium screw kit? I just don't want to spend $115.00 on screws.

Did not get to removing the bump steer.

Did learn alot about the slipper.

Twin or triple the biggest change in performance is the spring you choose.

Springs
B5 very soft
Sc 10 very hard

for the first 6 packs been fighting a loose slipper no matter how tight I adjusted.

switched to the stiffer slipper spring and now accelerates more Betta .

Try the straight front arms with shock tower, 3mm trailing axle setup and
caster block bushing, offset p#91403. currently using this setup and has smooth entry, mid and exit steering.

There are other less expensive versions available but not near the quality or stenght.

In fact some of the cheepos Ti kits are no stronger then aluminum.

So beware..

The Ae blue screw kit is your next best choice and only costs $23
If you buy the Ae make sure to read the instructions carefully.
Easy to mess up .

Go to metric screws and go to titanium. Great screws and will be shipped from Indiana! You might recognize the car on the front page as well

This is something else I have been wondering about. assuming the pin angles and locations are the same, changing from the gullwings to straights would only raise the shocks slightly on the car raising the CG. seems like a negative to me. are the angles different?

Like to know the weight difference on all the popular Ti turnbuckles for stock.

Not really. I just bought a B5M kit from Mr. Lunsford and it's the example for quality and perfection. That link above - they can't even spell Associated correctly!??!?

Thanks BA Racer and everyone else for your suggestions! I'll check out pitbox hobbies before I make a decision.

Bushings that you are referring about the bronze ones are they zero and five degrees? They are not available yet I have the plastic ones. I installed the 5 degrees should I go to the 0 degrees?

Thanks Chris
