Hey all!

Started my build last night. Can someone tell me where I can find the 5 x 7 .2mm shims that people are using in the front axle assembly? Are these plastic or metal shims? I was reading on one site that as long as you line the crush tube up properly, it should not be a problem. Is this not the case?

Meaning set up is same yes in that aspect 100% yes my battery and wheels are lighter than his. My car is way lighter so that's the issue. He suggested moving front hubs all the way back . And try running lighter oil front and rear. Both of which I'll try today.

Wouldn't you have all the answers? Don't you and your teammates test everything under the sun? You figured you would be able to give a suggestion on what to try. Try giving the guy a suggestion. All i see is you asking question and not giving help. pointless.

Sorry rant over.

When you say pan car battery, do you mean a 1 cell (3.7)? can the flow operate with 1 cell?

He is referring to this:

http://www.amain.com/product_info.ph...ts-74V-3200mAh

Only 155g, normal shorty is in the 210-220g range.

I believe he stated that it was all the way forward.

You are really going to need to experiment with a few different things. Nobody here has a car as light as yours.

Yeah it's all the way forward. And I do appreciate everyone advise and help. I'll be at the track trying tons of things today. Just hoping to find the right setup before I race Friday.
