its not so much the flat arms that make the difference in feel.. its the shock tower.. the holes are about 1 hole in from the mid tower.. and also a different height.. that's why they run the flat arms with them... you can get kind of the same feel going to the very inside hole on tower with gullwing.. but even more so with the b5 tower and arms... it smooth's the steering. The gullwing is more aggressive as its like standing your shocks up more position wise. you have to use the flat arms because the towers are different heights.

ok.. funny thing..... the b5m seems to work even better with the b5 arms front and rear.. and the b5 seems to run better with the b5m front and rear..

on the b5 if you run the b5m rear arms they have just a tad less sweep, but when you switch them around so you can run them on the b5 the left arm on right side actually gives more sweep and increases traction.. same with front arms... the gull wings make the front of b5 more aggressive.... lol

but it does make for great tuning options for tracks.. but it can get confusing.

What was his setup in the front? Only reason I switched mine was cause I broke a gold wing arm and still can't find a replacement.

personally I like the feeling of the gullwing arms and b5m tower better.. I like quick steering though... I like that feeling of my car reacting when I turn the wheel.. the flat arms used on super high bite then I think the smoother may be better as you have so much steering anyway that way. but that's just me.

I wonder why Steven cut out all the chassis braces and doesn't have a battery strap? Weight (intentional) a minute, he runs mod, and WEIGHT IS IMPORTANT!

Flex maybe? I recall reading that he ran his centro in a similar fashion.
