Assume you're looking for screws. Not a kit, but you can buy whatever size you need. They sell button head and flat head screws.

Just finished up the chassis. All thats left is shocks and turnbuckles...dun dun dun.

No missing parts so far. Everything is going together smoothly! No binding what so ever. Everything moves freely and im really digging that! Building shocks and turnbuckles tomorrow, spray bombing the lid and heading to the track to get the diff broken in and slipper set. We just put calcium chloride down on the track last week and traction is better than it has ever been. So im excited to get this bad boy on the dirt!

has anybody tried different ball cups?

I was thinking maybe the kyosho ball cups?
my finisher turnbuckles didn't come in yet

I wanna use the kit ball cups with the finisher turnbuckles so I need something that will work with the stock turnbuckles

Sucks those and the pro/tech are out of stock. Would it be a huge difference going from a battery thats 212 grams to 155-158 grams?

I the only ones that will work are the SC10 4x4 cups but maybe not even where the steering links has the bent cup:

Yeah, I think you would certainly notice that.

Trakpower has a 3250mah 90c that comes in at 153g. I've been using them in my stock buggy and love them

And coming from a protek shorty that was 220g it was a very noticeable difference.

Oh yeah, HUGE difference. 50-60 grams can add up to a spring and oil weight change for sure.

If you check the last 30pages back there is a ton of info about how people have dropped weight.

On my B5M I bought a Bfast diff kit to try but still ended up sanding down the rings for spares. All in all time well spent!!

You might have already seen this, but someone posted a little trick when sanding diff rings.

Cut a square piece of foam double backed tape. Stick the backside of one ring to it and a small piece of wood to the other side about 2" x2" sq. You can apply even pressure when sanding in circle motions on a flat piece of sanding paper without trying to hold the rings in your finger tips. Worked great, no more sanded finger tips and less pain on the finger joints.

A female diff outdrive works great too.
