My question is why would you want to use anything other than the fresh new shocks on the new car?

I just switched over to MIP's puck system for my X-Factory. The aluminum outdrives along with the aluminum c-cvd bones provide a true reduction in rotating mass. The puck concept provides snappier acceleration due to less driveline slop. This system is an absolute MUST for serious 17.5 racers!!!!!

Clearly so the shocks can be added to the "What do you mean the (insert part from the B4 series) won't work! AE used to be so much better so I'm buying a different car" list or he just wants a set of back up shocks, one of those is probably right.

Any idea on what tools will be needed to complete this set. Yes, i understand it will be metric but as a first time builder what tools will be required.

Or will further information from Team Associated be needed.

Just remember with the whole "Mid Motor VS Rear Motor" debate, Dakota won Nationals this year with a rear motor car because he liked the way it felt and he was at the right place at the right time.

But hey, heaven forbid us toy car guys just going out and finding what works for us and just driving the doors off it

Not so sure all those parts will go to waste. Looks as though a few parts may carry over.
