only driven the mid b5 for 1/2 pack, think both are similar , the Ae jumps & lands better, has a plusher ride.

Think the B5 starts out of box way better then the Centro.

Be lying to yeah if I said the Centro is a turd, both are great rides and anyone can win with either ..

From Kody on Facebook regarding the shock shafts

"I would like to post this to clear the confusion. The old and new shock shafts are the same size. Any difference in measurement is just a variation in the tolerance. The old ones are coated for very long life and the new ones are not. Lots of our team drivers prefer the new ones because they have less drag against the o-ring."

Anyone understand how the taper pistons affect the performance on the car ?

I understand & know the answer.
Just want to hear another view.

I rarely ever get a lemon doing this sort of filtering. I am very sure that if you post your pics and it looks sloppy, people will take you less seriously. First impressions and all.
Thankyou Leigh.... It doesnt take that long to clean your wires up and for that matter servo tape electronics in the car straight. So many times a sloppy car leads to a sloppy driver. And I could care less about your car but I wouldnt take advice from you because of it. Maybe you can learn from it. But I doubt it.... Time isnt even the issue

Has anyone compared the square pack vs. a shorty lipo?

I am picking a kit up this week, any necessary upgrades/pickups BESIDES the turnbuckles?

Well, that's the generally accepted truth, but I've only ran them in 1/8 scale because it was the hot piston to run and it worked well. I don't know if I'm sold on tapering. Don't think that I'm saying flat is better, it's just what I run.
