I like to buy from my LHS cause they carry a lot of associated parts, and they are cheaper than buying from amain, no shipping cost, like all my electronics I bought through my LHS. plus they treat me real good too so I like to support them as much as possible.

What's the verdict on these? How do they compare to the b4.2 performance wise? I want one but only if it's worth upgrading from my 4.2.

I would assume an updated crush tube is on the horizon. I'm surprised this issue didn't pop up while testing unless the supply of crush tubes were out of spec.

prolly not alot of side force situations with associated's top tier drivers that did the testing.

something i posted on b5nation. if you dont want to sand your crush tube, you can use a .2mm and a .05mm shim.

Thinking I may paint the button heads white on mine after seeing this. Not sure that will help my old eyes searching but I can get some of the young 'fellers' to help... maybe blue loctite even though kit doesnt call for it?

Did a sweet nascar tumble down a short straight after hitting a runt, you know that majestic slow roll that makes no noise...

Bent right rear axle ended the night of testing.
