I rather break a plastic chassis and know it, then bend an aluminum and not.

Matt is right. Those are 3.5mm and the kit is 3mm. You need the Lunsford Punishers for a Losi 22 part number 2059. They are 3mm x 2".

If you're on the fence about mid and your running on low to medium grip I would advise you to go with the RM. I've had plenty of experience with rm's and mm's and low grip is most-like gonna be a struggle for you IMO

Makes sense since they are MADE in China.

Will 2059 fit better than the B4 punisher set?

Just curious....what's wrong with the B4 set?

Nevermind...just saw that the b4 set comes with 2 of the 2 1/4" and 4 of the 2 1/8" turnbuckles. The 2059 set for the 22 would probably be the best option if you wanted to go the lunsford route as it comes with 6 of the 2" turnbuckles.

What's all the fuss about turnbuckles?
I took the Lunsford Punishers off my B4 and used them on my B5 without any issues. Two of the turnbuckles were shorter so I used those on the back, the ends go on far enough for sure. I used Diff Lube on the threads. The cheap black turnbuckles that come with the B5 are in my pit box for back-ups.
*Four of the Lunsfords I used were 2" long and two were approx. 1.75" for you technical guys.

That is not the standard B4 set of Punishers. The standard B4 set is 4 at 2 1/8 and 2 at 2 1/4. The best set of Punishers to get is the Losi 22 set that comes with 6 at 2 inches each.

It is weird, the kit on my 4.2 was the kit that included ballcups (I didn't use them) and the kit I ordered for the B5 was just the turnbuckles for the B4. They are different lengths. The kit I tried to put on my B5 have 2 longer buckles, and it looks like the kit on my 4.2 are all the same size. Not sure how that happened... I might try to take the kit off the 4.2 and put it on the B5. What happened to me, was I assumed they were all the same size, and stuck a longer one on the camber link instead of the steering link so it bottomed out on the ball cups. I am sure they will be fine on the steering, but I was also not able to adjust them without the cups popping off the ballstud.

Put a set of FT buckles on and they are just fine:

I've used Lunsford for years. They are top quality. They have a great warranty and I've only used it once for a bent turnbuckle that was probably the fault of the driver (me).

I've owned probably 40 or 50 Lunsford Ti turnbuckles and countless Lunsford Ti screws.

I just picked my kit up today and a set of 22 2.0 hd lunsfords for it first AE car since the b3. Coming from a 22 2.0 mm
The common thread with the three people lauding the JCon turnbuckles is that they all have JConcepts in their signatures. They are all sponsored at some level.

To team members only not the public. Thought I cleared this up yesterday. You are sponsored...yes yours shipped. I'm not...they wouldn't even let me order one. End of next week for the PUBLIC. PW posted the same in the JCon thread.

They are now listed on the website for public purchase grasschopper, also I have never used aftermarket Ti turnbuckles, but I do support JC, so that is why I went with them.
