I have been looking at both, sitting at home this weekend so bored. No snow for skiing and kids are all on their video games after Christmas. Wish they were both on same thread but understand why they are not. Got my C4.2 so going first RM in 13.5 and 17.5 for upgrade of b4.2 and see how that goes. Kids are getting sweet b4.2's and don't know it. I think RM is coming out first too, so it will be busy thread.

Do you when they will be available? I was hoping in the next 3-4 weeks. But Tower is showing mid March for the B5M.

No jealousy here. I have my B5 killer just waiting to strike. Seriously though I am really excited for this coming year of racing with all the new buggies. Should be very competitve. Hopefully it breathes some new life in to the hobby.

Just pre-ordered both cars from tower. I am sure by next year AE will release factory team cars. Almost seems like a slight downgrade from a b4.2 given all the FT parts I'm giving up.

anyone have an insight why they mounted the rear shocks on the front side of the shock tower? most kits mount them on the backside. just wondering. Ill be getting the B5M as soon as they are released, then getting my B5 later on.

Looks like the rear arms are swept forward... Most likely to put more of the motor's weight over the rear tires. The probably wanted the weight of the shock tower as far back as possible so they had to mount the shocks forward to match up with the arms.

What for? All this needs is to turnbuckles and an alloy front pivot brace. FT used to mean all graphite parts. Seems like those days are over. The 22 2.0 comes with a bunch of stuff that's unnecessary and the car is $100 more as a result.

I wonder if AE will release a good quality gear diff? Seems like the carpet guys would want that.
