ok, to the right to left rear is balanced with the esc on the right and receiver on the left? but the front was slightly off.....weird on the front. maybe slightly different preload or spring stiffness.

be carefull with front to back mounted switches. they like to turn themselves off on hard landings. Mine normally turn off from lawn darting, lol. so I mount the switch so the forward is on

Yea that is the main reason I place mine left to right with on being towards the middle of the car. Chances of it getting turned off by a marshall or landing this way is slim to none.

Putting the switch on its side will have less of a chance of the switch being knocked to the off position, than facing up.

your left front percentage could also be the steering arm in addition to the transponder.

Not that anyone cares but I'm posting it anyway. Wife picked up my B5 at the post office for me so I will finally be building tonight. Ceramic diff balls and AVID thrust bearing were out for delivery as well so other than family time there should be nothing standing in the way of me building this baby up. Could be a late night.

i am going to try and have my ESC in the middle with the receiver behind it. Not sure if this is possible as my electronics are still in my serpent, but I think with the smallness of the esc and receiver I can do it. We will see.

ok, I agree. My switch is a HW/orion style, so it always mounted flat. But in my b4, I mounted it at a 45 deg angle, so it would not turn off.

Curious why you are going w/ceramic.

Tungsten and stock seem to be the industry standard (slight imperfections).

I've heard ceramic is tough to find a good setting (too smooth).

What were you going after with this adjustment? W3? Might give this a try saturday.

And that 5* is that in the front hub correct? That gives the car more caster?
